What's free without a subscription?
Searching tenders, full tender details, and the headline stats on every buyer profile are free, with no account needed. A free account adds CSV export of search results. The supplier intelligence on buyer profiles (who wins what, and where each buyer spends), saved searches, and the bid pipeline are part of Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription yourself from your account page at any time. Annual plans run to the end of the paid period.
Do you handle VAT?
Yes. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location, and EU business customers can enter a VAT number for reverse charge where applicable.
Does TenderFlare replace my CRM?
No, and it isn't meant to. Keep Salesforce or HubSpot for your pipeline and client relationships.
